Leadership Hilliard is a leadership development program, for existing and emerging leaders, sponsored by the Hilliard Area Chamber of Commerce. The leadership program is a series of classes designed to enhance teambuilding, leadership, networking opportunities, and to educate members on the history and current status of the Hilliard community.


Leadership Hilliard’s goals are to:

• identify existing and emerging leaders
• develop civic responsibilities and leadership
• provide opportunity for communication with and among community leaders
• motivate and encourage people to work within Hilliard efficiently
• evaluate the impact of the program on the businesses, agencies, organizations and the community of Hilliard.

Leadership Hilliard is in its seventh year of offering its members an opportunity to work on personal growth, meet new people, and to connect with Hilliard organizations.
